Making goodies

Today, we made some Piggy Bricks – oh, sorry, I meant we made some Cycling Bricks –  to trade for cornbread on Friday's Thanksgiving celebration with the Pouncing Pumas. They turned out great and not too sweet. Dessa is not a fan of the sunflower-seed butter in it, Nora had to be careful with them or else her tooth would become even more wiggly and Angel thinks they are just too sticky for even non-wiggling teeth.

After melting 3 Tbs of butter, 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, and 3 cups of marshmallows,
we poured the mixture into 1/2 cup of Skittles and 3 cups of cheerios.
As the mixture cools, it becomes tougher and tougher to mix!

Don't get distracted by the Skittles, Hanna!

Thanks for the pan, Anna!

Then, we chased after the cycling brick for a bit.

Eventually, it made its way to the fridge.

While we waited for the goodies to cool, we had a serious brainstorm session. Only the person holding the baby trumpet could speak. This is what we came up with:

We would like to learn:
1) why farts and poo are stinky; 2) how to make a pillow.

We would like to teach:
1) proper gymnastics; 2) how to invent a story and make a comic book to tell the story.

Well, we also came up with ideas for the secret projects, but those I can't share yet!
